Converting to 24/7 was the best decision we ever made. We used to open at 5:30AM, but the dependability of that early shift worker was always a problem. There's nothing worse than getting a phone call from a member at 5:30AM complaining that the club isn't open - we never get those calls anymore.
Switching to 24 hour access was definitely a good choice. Members love the 24/7 because it allows them to workout on their schedules. I can't think of anything that I would want to change – it's perfect!
