Spectrum no longer offers technical support services, but we do have technical documentation available in the support section of this website. In addition, you should be sure to have both a local computer technician and locksmith available to assist you. You may also wish to contact your fitness management software provider for additional assistance.
Q: Can I still purchase keytags from Spectrum?
Yes. Keytags are still available in our Amazon webstore, in addition to replacement parts for your access system.
Q: What if I am using Spectrum to monitor my panic system?
If Spectrum is monitoring your panic system, that has not changed. Your panic system will continue to function as it has in the past without interruption to your service.
Q: What if I want to purchase another access system?
While our access system is still available in our Amazon webstore for $995, we no longer have a technical support department to assist you with your installation. If you already have a club that uses our access system, you may be comfortable installing the system using the accompanying documentation along with your experience. If this is the case, simply purchase the access system by adding it to your cart and checking out online. Access systems ship within 48 hours.
Q: What is Spectrum’s relationship with Twin Oaks Software Development?
If you purchase an access system from Spectrum, and you are a Twin Oaks client, you can receive technical / installation assistance for the system directly from Twin Oaks.
Q: What is the best way to tell if my door controller is working?
The easiest way to test your door controller is to unplug power to it and plus it back in. When the door controller is plugged back in, the green light should come on (as well as the red light). If the green light comes on, the door controller is working properly so your troubleshooting should begin elsewhere. If neither the red or green lights come on, you should replace your 12 volt power supply.

We no longer have anyone in the office to answer phones. The best way to contact us is by email, using the Contact section of this website. Emails are typically responded to within 48 hours. We do not provide technical support via email, but we can often point you in the right direction.
